The Victorian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community have the opportunity to raise their issues with members of the Aboriginal Justice Forum.
The forum will be heard at the Aborigines Advancement League Thursday 20th February.
Executive Officer Troy Austin (Gundijtmara) from the Northern Metro Regional Justice Advisory Committee and his family have a long history of working in justice and healing through sport in the community.
In this interview Troy shares some of his story and how the Aboriginal Justice Forum provides a space to action issues raised.
Troy says this forum isn't just a talk fest, it can only work if people come forward and share their experiences.
There will be a mobile number available on the day for people to anonymously put forward issues.
